Why we Started
Growing up in a Salvadoran household, coffee was never just a drink—it was a daily tradition. It was the centerpiece of our home, bringing family and friends together around the table to sit, connect, and talk.
As we grew older, my sister and I explored coffee outlets throughout the valley and shared a strong desire to establish an outlet of our own—one dedicated to serving genuinely high-quality coffee where the true, rich flavor of the bean shines through.
We set out to create a welcoming environment for everyone, from dedicated coffee connoisseurs to matcha enthusiasts. Our mission is to honor our roots, elevate quality, and keep bringing our community together, one cup at a time.
